About  us

Imre van Kraalingen

With a decade of experience teaching yoga, I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, soften, and come back home to themselves. This work matters deeply to me because I know —personally— how challenging and transformative it can be to step out of constant doing and into presence, care, and connection. In a world that asks us to constantly do more, my work aims to create space for presence, breath, and rest to help to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

I hold certifications in Raja Yoga and meditation (500++ RYT), breathwork, yoga for women’s health and hormonal balance, energy healing, and myofascial massage. Each of these modalities weaves together in my teaching, forming a holistic approach to supporting our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
