You’ll enjoy a unique fusion of daily yoga sessions, powerful TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), breathwork, nourishing vegetarian meals and immersive nature connection.

Daily yoga flows, meditation & restorative practice
Reconnect to your body and emotions through both energizing and restorative yoga sessions. You will be offered a blend of yoga flows, embodied movement and meditation to help ground in your body, release tension, and cultivate self-love.

TRE sessions (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises)
​Experience the deep nervous system reset of TRE. TRE are a series of light physical exercises designed to activate the body’s self-healing ability to release built-up tension and stress. It supports recovery from stress or trauma and helps to restore the natural balance in the body.

Breathwork
Experience the transformative power of breathwork in guided sessions. Learn how to control your breath to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, while unlocking deep emotional release and regaining a sense of balance and clarity.

Guided nature connection walk
Step into the nature with a guided forest therapy-inspired walk with a guest facilitator, designed to slow you down and reattune your senses to the natural rhythms of your body and of the land.

Teachers and facilitators

Imre van Kraalingen
Imre is a yoga and meditation teacher and breathwork facilitator. With a broad skill set across multiple modalities, she works with the different dimensions of the body, emotions, and energy to support personal growth and transformation.

Tara van Kraalingen
Tara will be your facilitator for the TRE sessions and your hostess. She has experience with creating a safe and comfortable space for individual or group TRE sessions. Tara is passionate about guiding individuals and groups into a deep release of tension and stress from the body to help them rebalance the nervous system.

Arnar Fonn
(guest facilitator)
Arnar has a background in outdoor leadership and nature management and conservation. He is passionate about facilitating meaningful nature experiences and environmental consciousness. Arnar is an exceptional guide who masterfully blends invigorating hikes with deep, immersive connections to nature.
